Session from this morning:
W/UP: 2, 3 or 400 steady f/s
MAIN: 6 x 3 or 400 f/s as:
1. Fins as 50m 6/3/6 drill + 50m f/s
2. Simply smooth f/s
3. Breathe every 3 for 50m, every 5 for 50m...
4. Deepwater turn at deep end (i.e. no push off wall)
5. Pull buoy working on openwater sighting every 2nd 50m
6. Fins and 50m Popov drill + 50m f/s
...20s rest between each set, aim to keep effort "moderate".
CD: 200 easy
