Hi Joe, sorry for the confusion there. You don't need a promo code - just ignore that and signup with your name/email/password or facebook login.

Hi Adam,

I'm a master's swimmer specialising in the 400M free. Which of the 11 training plans would be most suitable for me to following?

Cheers,

Richard.

Hi Richard,

Have you discovered your swim type? https://app.swimsmooth.com/section/bX/cFs/swim-types/ Follow the right swim type process for you, then the Swim Type Follow on Sessions and then https://app.swimsmooth.com/sequence/cuU/performance-sprint-distance-triathlon/ omitting the OW sessions. I hope that helps! Let me know how you find it at annie@swimsmooth.com

Hi Annie,

Thanks for the reply.

I've following the swim smooth written plans for a couple of years now. I'm an overglider, working towards being a smooth.

My current PB for 400M is 5:48, and I want to work towards getting down to 5:00 by April 2017.

I'll have a look at the performance-sprint-distance-triathlon sequence.

Thanks,

Richard.
